Preheat the air fryer on 180C for 10 minutes.
Place you 1.5 - 2kg piece of pork in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
If the crackling starts to get burned or too cooked just cover it loosley (after it's crackled) with a small piece of aluminium foil.
Using the minutes per grams guide for cooking
You need to cook your pork for 25 minutes for every 500 grams of meat.
For a 1.5kg piece of pork you would cook it for 75 minutes (1 hour, 15 minutes). For 2kg piece of pork you would cook it for 100 minutes (1 hour, 40 minutes).
Using the internal temperature of meat guide for cooking
You can also use the internal temperature as a guide for cooking the roast pork. If you are using this method the temperature probe should read 68 - 71ºC.
