Serves 4-6
150 grams plain flour
1 heaped teaspoon sweet paprika
1 heaped teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 heaped teaspoon garlic powder
3 teaspoons salt
2 kg chicken wings (you can use 3 joint chicken wings, or jointed wings, or wingettes. Thigh cutlets would also work).
Canola oil or olive oil cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees celsius.
Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
In a large snap lock bag or container add plain flour, sweet paprika, chicken stock powder, garlic powder and salt. Give the bag a good shake or mix in container very well.
Add the chicken wings to the bag or container. If using the bag, shake well. If a container toss the wings into the flour so all the pieces are coated.
Lay on the tray. It depends on the size of your tray and oven but if they are touching it doesn't matter.
Spray with canola or olive oil cooking spray.
Place the tray in the oven for 1 hour and 15 mins.
